Highly recommend Star Quality Swingsets! 🌟 Everyone was very nice and transparent. Gave us a heads up when they would arrive with plenty of time, and when the crew showed up it was flawless how quickly they unloaded and built our swingset. My kids loved to watch the men work quickly, but also with care to ensure it was built safely. They even went through and shined it up before leaving! Thank you so much and I hope the men were able to cool off with ice cold Popsicles before leaving.
When my husband and I set out to find a swing set for our little ones we never expected it to be a full experience and I mean that in the best way possible. We debated between wood and vinyl given the cost difference, but from a maintenance and quality standpoint we knew that vinyl was the best option. From the moment I started communicating with Will in sales I knew this company was top notch. His customer service was OUTSTANDING! Was so quick to respond to my emails, it was as if we were texting. He also priced out various sets for us to determine the best options for our price point. Ultimately we chose the Star Cluster base to then build in our modifications for our custom set. We couldn’t be happier! We spent over 3.5 hours throughout day one on the set (if it weren’t for the July summer heat we would have played more). Our neighbors have already come by with their kids and have made comments about how nice the set was and high quality. I would highly recommend Star Quality Swingsets to anyone. I was told that they would be here at 7 am sharp, which they were, and were out by 8 am. Sharing a photo for inspiration, please ignore our green bucket seats, we opted to purchase the matching belt swings with our set and are storing them as we don’t anticipate needing bucket swings for long, grey is not an easy color to find, but also highlights the uniqueness of the sets and color options that they have. Most wood playsets offer bright greens and yellows. The installers were also great and were happy to hang the bucket swings for us. We are SO IN LOVE with our set!
Our playground was delivered just a few days ago. The ordering process was seamless. Great communication. The young men who put our playground together did a wonderful job and were so professional! We had an unexpected hard rain the night before but they were able to get everything through our yard without a mess. They were meticulous with the assembly, including wiping it down before leaving. They did a great job and we loved watching it come together! Quality of the playground is fantastic! All around good experience! Hours of play already!
10 stars! We are SO impressed with our play set from Star Quality Swingsets. After placing our (custom) order the play set was delivered about 6 weeks later- which is amazing for how high quality the product is. On the day of delivery/install a crew of four people arrived a little before 7 AM and were done before 8:30 AM. We’ve used the play set every day since receiving it, and looking forward to using it for many many years

Love our swing set. Kids don’t get bored on this thing and stay for hours. We got the Nebula E-54, black rubber mulch with gray border. Add-ons: space saver monkey bars, binocular, telescope, captain steering wheel, extra baby swing seat. Took about 3 weeks to be built from time of order. They assembled everything in under 2 hours. We wanted our mulch border in a different shape that required curves and they did such a great job. The whole thing is sturdy and feels like it will last for years. It looks fantastic! Really good quality. Glad we spent the money on this because prior we were looking at a Costco set that we had to put together ourselves. But the quality difference is night and day. You get what you pay for. Ordering was easy. We came in person with my 2 year old son scrambling around like a maniac. They answered all my questions. My only regret is that it’s so great I should have gotten more add-ons like the table set, tic tac toe and megaspeaker.
The Swingset was delivered and installed in the timeframe given when we ordered. The assembly men were as nice as could be. They told me it would be done in an hour and it was. They hauled away all their trash. The quality is fantastic and my son loves it!
