Here’s How Our Process Works

1. Simple Scheduling That Fits Your Life
When you place your order, we’ll give you an estimated delivery week. Because we group several installs in your area on the same day, we’re able to keep costs lower for you. One to two weeks before delivery, we’ll call to schedule your exact date and give you a one-hour arrival window.

2. Mulch and Border Delivered Ahead of Time
If you ordered mulch and border, a freight company will drop the pallets at your driveway a few days before your swingset arrives. On install day, our team carries the mulch to your backyard and sets everything up.

3. Professional On-Site Planning
On delivery day, our crew leader will discuss with you to confirm the perfect spot for your swingset. We can park on the street or driveway, and if the ground is dry with plenty of room, we may back right into the yard. We’ll level the ground as needed by digging or adding blocks so your set is perfectly stable and safe.Note, we can install on small slopes, but not hills! A rule of thumb is, we can install on slopes of 12″ over 20′.

4. Fast, Expert Installation
Most standard installations take just 1–2 hours. Larger sets may take a bit longer, but even then, you’ll be enjoying your new swingset the same day.

5. A Clean Yard and Happy Kids
Once your swingset is installed, we’ll clean up the area and wipe down the swingset, leaving your yard as tidy as when we arrived. Your kids can watch the magic happen from a safe distance—but be ready, because once we’re done, they’ll be sprinting to play!
